Chaiman of the Rublican National Committee (RNC) Calls Current Plans "Socialism"

Michael Steel's remarks on legislation from July 20, 2009. Steel is the chair of the RNC. He Gives prepared speech and then answers questions from press corp as presented by a member of the National Press Club. At 2:54 in the second video clip, he labels this plan as "socialism."
