Obama says relax: The Government Runs the Postal Service, Thus, We Have Nothing to Fear

So, let me get this straight, Obama says that if his plan goes into effect, than we can expect it to perform as well as the US Postal Service as compared to UPS and FedEx? Obama says here,"it's the Post Office that is always having the problems." So then if the government cannot accurately mail a letter, why would I trust it with my health care decisions?
