A Quinnipiac University poll released on August 5 found 52% of voters disapprove of Obama's handling of healthcare while 39% approve. That was a shift from 46% approval against 42% disapproval in a July 1 survey.
72% say they do not believe Obama can overhaul healthcare without expanding the deficit.
